Since its conception (known as Andrews Project) AHE has been committed to using Gluten-free,Vegan, Non-GMO, & Organic ingredients to produce some of the healthiest and tastiest gourmet cuisine in the Greater New York Metro Area.
Vasantha Perera (Founder & C.E.O) of AHE believes that the first step to living a healthy life is good nutrition. Educated in Sri Lanka, Switzerland and the United States. Mr Perera obtained a Masters of Science in Culinary and Business Management. Soon after he begun his carrier around the globe via sea as Executive Chef on board at Star Clippers Cruises and became their Hotel Manager on their world class Royal Clipper fleet. Afterwards managed their Food and Beverage mainland operation in Florida. In 2001 Mr. Perera joined the “Ginza Project”; a world leading Restaurant and Catering company out of Russia as their cooperate Director for Europe and North America. During his tenure he introduced a healthy lifestyle menu to the restaurant. Mr. Perera has won Gold Medals in culinary competitions, has worked at the Sharjah Continental Hotel & Hilton Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates and Hilton International in Europe and the Middle East.
Master Chef Vasantha Perera introduced his healthy lifestyle menu to the public at Andrews Healthy Eating. This menu was constructed from a healthy eating plan from the 2010 dietary heath guidelines for Americans and is based upon his principles for eating healthy as a lifestyle. He welcomes everyone who’s looking to make a change in lifestyle or looking for healthy delicious food.
Andrew’s “Book” one will be coming out to public in winter 2016, it about Organic, Gluten Free Vegan, and food preparation with healthy eating to live healthy life style. Andrew’s second addition will be expecting to come out in fall with recipes and business opportunities package.
